Hey guys do you know if the JDM SiR interior panels were all black are were they like USDM grey at the top and black at the bottom,looked for this but couldn't really find out, any help would be great are a link with a pic.

Thank you for the pic. do have any of the rear if not i'll just keep looking like I was doing before I made this post on a site I thought was made to help other honda peeps with honda questions,but I guess it's a place to just wine and bitch about rules....what ever happen to this site??? Anyway again thank you for the pic. and your help. If I have anymore Honda question I'll be sure to google it instead of comeing to a site I thought had to do with Honda's. Maybe we should focus a lil more on tryin to help out our fellow Honda owners,if I remeber right thats how this site started. I agree with you completely. Honda-tech as been going to **** for years now. Its no surprise though when the moderators dont really follow the rules of the forum themselves. You just have to ignore the bullshit and take the advice that is given from people that do want to help.

Having said that one of my homies has a SI-R CRX shipped from japan to canada and then he went and bought it from canada to the states (needless to say its the real deal) and all the plastics in it are all black. Carpet is black and it has the optional rear seat that matches the print of the SI-R front seats. I dont have pictures of the inside of his car just because i think it would be weird to do that but i hope that info helps. I would assume it would be the same for the Hatch.

 

Thanx bro, just working on gettin my hatch ready for Import Allance '12 ( I know its a lil early to start,but I have a lot to do ) I'm starting with the interior and going back and forth with keepin the look USDM are going with maybe an all black JDM look thats why I needed the the pics. really want to get a good look to really see what was black and what wasn't. The grey in the USDM interior I find really hard to match,and as we know black is black can't go wrong there,but if I go that route I want it to look right,again why I asked for a lil help.Thanx again for the two people who took the time to try.

 

those are pretty sweet, are there jdm panels with auto locks? think i like the usdm speaker grill better tho...

 

^ @ BigD4207 - I have never seen any CRX panels, JDM or not, with any automatic door locks. And as far as i know, the speaker grills are the same on the JDM as the USDM.

 

They had black panels in some models in Canada

I had one for the passenger rear but it looks like I throw it out.

ah, i assumed the crx and civic speaker grills would've been the same i guess, my fault, but no auto locks? wonder why they would make the civic with auto and not the crx, i understand it saves a little weight but still...at least on the more expensive models like si...guess they didn't have a rex lx though did they lol

 

Power locks were an option in Japan for the CRX and Hatchback but it didn't have a switch. It was more of the kind when you turn the key in the door lock and it locks the other door.
