my car would start and run for 3 secs and shut off, i couldnt find anything wrong, got gas got spark, so off it went to stealership - they said needs new ECU brain, i m ok with that, not the 1138 price tag, so i told them i ;ll get one used - they said i have to take it back to get it "programmed" to the car, now i seen this too on ebay listings, is this a bunch of hog wash??? The car doesn t have alarm or dis-abler or anythng on it, how can it be???

95 accord doesn't have immobilizer, so you do NOT need to have it programmed to the car. It is plug-n-play

 

You don't need to program that ECU. Only Immobilizer equipped vehicles require programming. IM me about your ECU. I will pay shipping if you will send me your old one. Thanks.
