On cold starts i 1/4 times will smoke up the area under me with white smoke once i let warm up then give it alittle gas it goes away. Also around my bumper i have a nice coating of black dust.

From what i am guess i am running rich hence the black dust and bad value seal.

Is this all form the value seal?
