Default 93 civic no start please help, descriptive diag inside im out of ideas

working on my moms car here,

1993 honda civic dx 1.5 sohc non vtec

issue: no start, starts 1 out of 200 times(estimated lol)

spins freely, full tank

items checked/tested:

new fuel pump-getting 42psi at fuel rail **tested**
replaced coil in dizzy
voltage tested tps**right on the money, no dead spots**
map sensor tested with known good part
iacv tested with known good part
all grounds checked and clean
timing checked and marks are aligned
ecu tested with known good part
compression tested 150-160 average per cylinder
spark plugs changed
spark tester shows spark but how strong the spark is i do not know

when(very slim) it starts it will idle just fine, and i am even able to drive it. when accelorating heavy it will buck and almost die when accelerating, as long as you ease into it , it will run. once you kill it, it will not start.

mom is currently here in houston visiting and can not go back home to austin until i figure this out. please if you have any suggestions let me know.

Thanks alot!

Click the spark link in my signature. You need to know whether spark is weak (orange or deep blue).

Any CEL codes?

I replaced my ECU with a junkyard unit $135. Moisture corrosion of the circuit board. In dry weather the car might start. After a rain not a chance.
