Has the car been running fine and this just started happening out of the blue?
A plugged exhaust (dead catalytic converter) will act like how you described.
Under load it just bogs out.
Try disconnecting the exhaust under the car at the cat.
You can take both bolts out, move the cat over, and just put one bolt through so it's wide open exhaust.
It will be a LOUD test drive, but will give you instant feedback telling you if that was the problem.

No luck still doing the samething :/ before i had the d15 i had a Z6 that ran smooth and then i drop in some ebay 4-1header but after a week oso the Z6 starting acting up by turning off at stop lights and then one day it just broke down and wouldnt start no more. When i took it home the next day and start it up it was shotting all the oil from the exhaust, could it be those f@*ken headers..
