Default 99 - SI- Turbo - Stalls while driving

Hi,

New to the registration but have been a lurker for awhile.

CAR:
99 SI - 51K
Apex full exhust
Turbo - Hondata ECU, Tuned - Greddy Blow Off Valve

I bought this car off a guy that had all this work done. He claims it was tuned rich as the exhaust had a leak.

Here is situation.

Will drive about 15-20 min. No problems whatso ever.
I will park somewhere and maybe 15-20 min later move out again, this is when the trouble starts, the car will backfire, I have had it stall when accelatring (usually about 30-35 MPH) I get a CEL, but if i downshift it will give me the RPMS back.
I have had it stall at lights when I was slowing down to turn, I have had it stalled at lights. Everytime it takes a little bit to fire back up but does start. While its trying to turn over it smells like fuel is burning.

I have had this car for about 600 miles.
I have ran STP fuel injector through it alsong with 2 tanks of premieum. I just added 4 new spark plugs to it. (The guy had them in the trunk)

Here is my next solutions - I have read from forumns, but no body seems to have the same problems.

1) Clean throttle body
2) Voltage check the TPS
3) Fuel Filter
4) Possible Re-tune???
5) Coil
6) Plug Wires (They look okay to me)

Im stumped where to start. As I am not sure what the problem is.
Any help, maybe a start list or troubleshooting will be great.

Sorry about the long story, trying to get the entire picture out there.

Josh

When you say that you ran two tanks of premium through it does that mean you're running regular? With a boosted car you have to run premium. Also did you gap the spark plugs before putting them in? What gap?

Sounds like an ignition problem

Sounds like a bad tune to me. What are your AFRs? Are you running a wideband with a gauge? How do you know it's running rich? Verify the exhaust leak?
