Default need help choosing fuel managment

i have a 95 cx w/ b16a
i want make more power and forced induction seems the best option for me
i would like to spend less than 2800 on parts

i would like to run around 7 psi on stock internals

i have an idea about what manifold , turbo , and down pipe i want

but im lost about engine management
should I just buy an fmu and inline pump

and then maybe upgrade to hondata in the future if need be

i searched and searched but im still lost
i hear the vafc hack has its problems too

for 7psi,i use an fmu, forget about an inline pump, you could probably get by with a stock pump @7psi but to play it safe just upgrade the pump in the tank with either an walbro 255 or an shortened http://www.theoldone.com bosch pump
.

stock injectors will be fine,no need for a boost controller yet,the wastegate will have an adjustment for that, either by changing the spring inside it or a screw on the outside of it too turn, tial and turbonetics wastegates are two like that.
