Help Suspension Techniques rear sway bar install
I'm installing an adjustable suspension techniques rear sway bar on my CRX. My question is:
When putting together the adjustable end links, (there's a male half and female half to the end link which makes it's length adjustable), How many turns did you turn the end link pieces together?
I know this is more of a preference question, but I just need an adjustment which will be pretty good for autocross, but still be streetable.
Thanks

the end link is to be screwed in all the way the adjustable part is on the sway-bar there are 3 holes and were the other end link mounts to the shock there is 2 holes
I tighted the threads enough to make the sway bar parallel to the ground. This makes the sway bar most effective. As the previous guy said your actual adjustment is done using the three holes on the swaybar itself. You can look at your install directions to better understand which way to move for light or stiff settings. I would recomend starting in the center hole. In my opinion this is the best for a daily driver. I currently have my car on the center hole. It is very neutral. On a hard corner I go into a 4 wheel drift. This is also a function of your camber. Have fun with it.
Thanks for the replies, any of you by chance also have a thermal exhaust as well. The sway bar and the exhaust hanger are touching sometimes on bumps. I tried bending up the hangers so the exhaust sits higher but it's not quite good enough. It looks like if I ground down a piece of the hanger which is attached to the exhaust pipe I could fix the clearance issue. Thanks...
Got the thermal for $359 plus shipping from modacar, it was on clearance at the time. BTW, it doesn't matter how far you thread the end links, as long as they're secure and the movement is good.
Also, to fix the exhaust clearance problem I just went to Pepboys and bought a much shorter exhaust hanger donut. Works great.
Thermal Exhaust rules, after a year the stainless steel is still in great shape and it sounds great, really throaty. I really like the look of it on the CRX too.

Thanks for the info. Doesn't sound like a bad price. I am goint to have to start checking around. My current muffler (looks like midas replacement) still works without any leaks so I am having a hard time justifying the expense. I definately want to upgrade when I do, But I don't want a real crappy sounding muffler. You said thermal has a nice sound. I might have to look into it. How do you like the suspension techniques bar? I love mine. What setting are you using?

same center both sides. For street use I like it. On a hard corner I don't get much oversteer. I have noticed that my rear tires get wear now, but before they did not. Its because the rears are getting more loading now.
