Auto trans shifts hard

Hello all. My 99 gs's auto trans shifts really hard. I have changed the trans fluid 4 times in the year I have owned it. Is there any possible way to fix it without a rebuild?

Are your mounts in good shape?

To tell you the truth I have no idea. I've pulled on the motor and it doesn't move. There isn't any vibration or unusual sounds either.
