would a front si sway bar & a rear ctr sway bar be a good overall setup? also, an si sway bar is the same as a ctr sway bar, correct?

I have been told it would make a good, neutral setup. It is the same setup a CTR would come with.

Yes, The CTR/SI run the same front sway bar/lca's/sock forks. I have been told the CTR's have harder bushings though.
