I was going to ask you a question as what would be your intension behind the set up? After re-read your question, I understood. Here is what you are looking for:

mugen rear 22mm. its jdm. you wouldnt recognize it vs the oem one... its not painted yellow.
tanabe has a 20mm rear bar. they use a stronger steel they claim, so its a stronger relative stiffness... i dunno how much, or if its more than a typical ST bar. but its a direct fit for Si's.
just go with the ST rear bar. you dont want the front.

So u guys suggest not to get a front sway bar? Even if i can find a oem one?
And i dont want it for bling. I plan to take my car autocrossing and track meets.
But i'm afraid of ordering a kit thats made for a si etc. that came with one already.

then i guess you need to educate yourself on stay bars. what are your current spring rates or what do you plan on running in the future? also, how are you wanting your car to behave? all of that will dictate the size and if you'll actually need a sway bar
You have a couple choices as everyone has mentioned.
ASR, Suspension Techniques, Mugen, etc.
ANY bar larger than OEM diameter will require reinforcing the subframe. Most purchase the ASR subframe reinforcement kit, but this is one of the most costly options.
Progress offers a kit with EVERYTHING necessary for around $188+S/H. Click here for that.
I recommend it because I have it. I powdercoated all my hardware and bar black to be more subtle.

And i rather have oversteer than under but overall i want to be flat. I hate body roll.
not at all.
perhaps youre confused. you should give your advice here. this just isnt true with EF's.
Can the Mugen rear swaybar still be found? I remember looking for one 10 years ago with zero success.
And FWIW, I hated the ST rear bar. Coupled with that and all of the hardware it needs, it added significant weight.

if you plan on autox then you would only need the rear bar...no front bar =better turn in and grip through corners....on the rear youll definitely have to figure out how stiff it should be to get the rotation you desire too big = snap oversteer
no.

get a front sway bar. it'll help in keeping the front tires planted when in the turns. basically helping you from picking up the inside front, or more like a floating feel. plus it aids in some steering.
now saying that, you have a few choice's. a lot of the season vets that autox run the HF front sway bar, it's the smallest bar you can get for our cars. that way it won't be so big that you'll understeer, and not so small that it would not benefit.
for the rear everyone runs the ST rear bar. it's got a lot of hardware but it is the best you can get while mounting close to the stock location.
now saying that, you never said how much experience you have, and you can't have a car set up for autox, and do track events. oversteer will be prominent. a track car for autox, is doable, and you should follow this route if you plan on doing a lot of track events.
if you are just starting, just run what you got, and figure it out from there. seat time is a lot better, and more cost effective.

Let's be completely honest here. Stock Si swaybars (front and rear) will be plenty if you choose your springrates correctly (unless your running national level soloII or IT races).
Don't randomly buy a swaybar until you figure out what it is you want the car to do. Example: There is absolutely zero point in running the ST rear swaybar if all you do is daily drive the car.
How can anyone "recommend" swaybars if we don't know what you're doing with the car?

I bought some password jdm ones for my front and rear but the front wouldn't fit bc I have a 1.5 and the intake manifold is in the ways as well as the proportioning valve bc I bought a 3point one. Now I am having trouble returning the front one through password. The bars look dope and the rear made a big difference overall.. Just have to do a swap to make the front fit and I'm not ready yet. Password jdm is being hella gay so I don't recommend them. Even though their parts are pretty sick, the company is shitty.
