The power windows in my car are basically trash. They will go up and down, but they do so VERY slowly. The one on the passenger lets out some kind of terrible screaching sound from hell when it goes up and down, and the one on the drivers side will get stuck sometimes and I'll have to start wiggling it around to make it go up. Any suggestions on how to solve these problems?

 

Lube the channels, while there be sure the regulator doesn't have play in it.
