Default lost torque..

Hey everyone, new to the accord forum, own a prelude myself.

Anyway, today we installed a cat-back exhaust on my friend's 2000 Accord f23. And he's feeling like he lost some torque due to the opened up piping and loss of back pressure. He's also got a header and a high flow cat coming in the mail, and we're afraid he'll lose even more with these additions. I told him that a good ECU tune will get back those losses plus more. Unfortunately, I'm not sure who can tune his ECU. Does anyone know the best place to send an ECU for tuning?

can't really tune an obd2b ecu that he has. AEM EMS is an option or a sohc vtec ecu from obd1 and run and obd2b-obd1 jumper and chip that 94-95 ecu. i think only the EX model had vtec back then, not that you can hear it or feel a difference
