Icon2 Need help car idles at 3000rpm

Hey guys I have a euro-r h22 ek hatch. Not sure if I posted this in the right spot but I just did some work to it. Installed new rywire engine harness, installed skunk2 intake manifold and throttle body, new Vtec solenoid, and new high end headers. The car has a chipped p28 ecu. I go to start up the car after I finished installing everything and it idles at 3000rpm. I have no idea why its doing this. My mechanic was saying it could be the iac because it is so close to the firewall and the iac could be bad. He suggest getting a new iac and a relocation kit. He also thinks it could be the tps sensor. Just don't want to buy something that isn't needed. Any thoughts?? BTW the car was running fine with stock manifold and throttle body. I took the skunk2 stuff off a prelude and they were running fine also. Just stumped to what it could be everything was running fine and now it idles at 3000 rpm just seems crazy to me.

NOT TO SURE MYSELF MAN BUT CHECK FOR VACUUM LEAKS AS IN AROUND ALL GASKETS AND HOSES MAYBE SPRAY SOME WD40 AROUND THEM AND LOOK FOR BUBBLES .
ALSO TAKE YOUR IACV OFF AND CLEAN IT THERE A MESH GAUZE IN IT THAT MAY BE BLOCKED WITH DIRT THAT MIGHT CAUSE A BAD IDLE ALSO CHECK THAT THERE NOT SOMETHING STOPPING THE THROTTLE BODY FROM FULLY CLOSING AND KEEPING IT OPEN A BIT TO CAUSE A HIGH IDLE AND SEE IF THERE IS A ADJUSTING IDLE SCREW ON YOUR THROTTLE BODY MAYBE IT NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED THAT'S ALL I REALLY NO MAN HOPE IT HELPS ANY WAYS GUDLUCK WITH IT

No leaks on vacuum hoses or gaskets, idle screw is fine and nothing blocking the throttle opening. Going to get a new tps sensor and see if that does anything.

be a dear and send me your old one sonny

The tps has to be adjusted, when you screw it in, it has like a 1/4in of play clockwise/cc to turn

gotta hook up a multimeter while the car is on accessory and measure the voltage of the brown wire? blue wire? i forget.
