Hey guys. My 1998 LX with power locks and windows recently had the rear driver side door get stuck. Pulling the handle from the outside does nothing, pulling the inside handle does nothing, pulling the release rod with a pair of vicegrips does nothing. I can't figure out if it is locked or unlocked, but the lock mechanism doesn't move very much at all.

So my questions:
1) Can the door panel be removed without opening the door?
2) What could cause this? Could my power lock actuator be stuck on perhaps? Or maybe just my lock rod is jammed? Or the door latch is jammed?
