WEIRD HEATING ISSUE
Ok I have a 94 Honda Accord DX F series engine, It has overheated one time which happened to be a stripped radiator cap, it is having a weird problem.... so since I have been on here I replaced the thermostat, replaced the fan, and completely flushed the radiator, it still heats up after driving over 15 mins. But again it only heats when im driving then stop (like at a stop light) but then when I start driving it goes back down to "Normal" tempurature. I have never let it get to Red but it has gotten close.
It drives perfectly fine though, No smoke or steam or leaking (that I can See)
Problems I have heard that can cause this are
1. Leak in the Head gasket... but I replaced the spark plugs and they all looked fine no crystalization
2. The fan relays aren't turning on.... But the fans do turn on and work
3. One thought might be, could the tempurature sensor be acting up and it is actually running fine? My dash (where the speedometer and fuel is) was replaced from a junk yard, could it possibly be from a v6 that runs cooler so it thinks its too hot?
Thank you for any help!!!
