The 98 Acura Integra Type-R is for sale at the price shown in ad ($2,850) I'm under enormous time pressure cause I need to sell it fast, before 17 of October (my unit will be deployed in Afghanistan) that being the reason for selling it so low. It's in great condition, no mechanical or electrical issue, never involved in any accident, non-smoker, always garaged. It runs like new.No accidents ever! only 37,000 miles I have all keys, manuals, wheel locks and original floor mats as well as a Type-R car cover and extra set of factory brake pads. The car also has LoJack with a basic alarm system for your security. There are no funny noises, vibrations or anything. This car is as good as it get to brand new and is gong to be a true collectors item for years to come.The engine compartment looks brand new. This car has NEVER seen rain or snow. You will not find any stains, holes, rips, tears, dents, blemishes or ANYTHING.

lol. he posted that all over the place. i flagged it to get deleted numerous time.

that itr was sold on ebay a few weeks back. the actual car was located in florida i think. it went for 15,500

if it seems to good to be true it is always is.

Just say your in town and want to look at it. Bet they won't email ya back

 

he gets you to pay a small deposit before he "ships it to you"

 

He will want you to send the check to a third party (usually a bank you've never heard of" and then he will arrange shipping. dumbest idea ever but people do fall for it.

Yea that was my type r I posted on eBay that sold for $15,700 this is the biggest scam ever always saying there getting deployed

 

I'm from Utah and this is news to me. Our local community is farely small. Espeically the small town of Logan. Over the years that i've been in the Honda scene I have come to know and meet pretty much all of the other Type R owners in the area. I know a few people up in Logan and i'm about 95% positive that there is not a Type R up there. Especially one for that cheap. Thanks for posting this as I will be putting it on our local forum to protect our members as well.

I was looking for EM1 civics a while back for a DD. Found one on craigs for $1500. Fully built turbo car. I was curious to see what kind of idiot would post such obvious scam. i wish i still had the response in my mail box. Said he was stationed in alaska the car is crated up ready to be shipped its paid for and everything.

 

Giving these scams attention is pretty pointless..its illegal, but its so common I dont even open the ad.

 

This car is not in Utah because its still in my garage. Buyer flaked from ebay.
