HELP! 98 integra head gasket, smoke
Help guys! I just changed the head gasket on my 98 integra, due to a burnt valve, had pressure check on head & head was surfaced & 3 valves replaced, valve seals were also replaced, this car has never over heated a day in its life, after i put it back together it started up 1st kick of the starter, idles perfect, you could let it idle for an hour & it wouldnt smoke, but once you rev it up @ all it throws out some white smoke, coolant & oil doesnt appear to be getting mixed together @ all! probably have ran the car for a total of about 2hrs, (car feels like it runs awsome) pulled each plug and center 2 are very black, could shop have screwed up the new valve seals? also i dont appear to be losing any coolant, p.s. i have succesfully done done a gasket change before on a different integra, also the pcv valve is not plugged HELP! thnx

How long has it been sitting? Have you tried taking it around the block and the smoke doesn't go away? It could just be condensation stuck in the exhaust from sitting. Have you tried taking it around the block?
drove it around block for 6.5 miles smoke didnt go away but it does seem like more when in park, starting to wonder if its a small coolant leak into the cylinder or two but my coolant level hasnt gone down! could anything be coming through the intake into the cylinders? just hoping i dont have to tear apart again! startled by the blackend plugs they didnt get black before. the car sat for about 8 months, damn thing feels like it runs great too! again if you start it up and let it idle no smoke what so ever!
