ok i have a ek with a lsvtec turbo b4 but for other reason i took my turbo kit out from it but i got a stock lsvtec chip for my daily driven.. well now i wana go bak but i kept my old chip im thinkin on put the chip bak.. but i wana see if something will go bad or i need a new tune... thnak you

it should be fine if you have all the EXACT same set up when it was boosted. if not, get a new tune.

 

yeah everything is the same... but doesnt matter that i took ooff my computer and then after a year im tryna put it bak doesnt lost no info?

The chip will be fine unless you put on top of a magnet for a while.......

i didnt go to b20 cus ppl there are stupid and give some wrong answers.. thats why i choose to ask here and yeah i call my old tuner and he told me ill be fine just because i dont want to deal with the whole dyno **** if i already have my **** done the rite way since the day 1.....and sorry if yu talking bout my grammar or my way of expression i just make things quick...thank you anyways for yur help i appreciate....

 

I understand that you may want to make things quicker for yourself. But when you do that it takes everyone else attempting to read it an extra minute or two to actually understand what you are saying. More people will be willing to help if you type correctly. Not trying to be the grammar police but it's true.
