hey NA heads,

i have this new exhaust, but havent installed it yet. here's the situation:

the first 3" or so of teh exhaust is 1 and 7/8 ID, the resonator is also 1 and 7/8th ID with louvers (inside louvers is 1 and 1/4 ID), the rear muffler is straight thru and perforated but also 1 and 7/8th ID, the piping is all 2 and 1/4 ID.

motor is a b18c w/ 11.5:1 compression, Spoon cams, itr valves, itr intake and exhaust manifolds, tuned ECU. 2.5" cat.

HERE's the Question??????????
does anyone have experience w/ an exhaust like this on a similar motor (or ITR motor) w/ these sorts of bottlenecks. will these hurt my mid and top end power/ torque? or will they simply add some backpressure and not be a problem?

i could cut the first 3" off and redo that 2.25", cut out the resonator and replace w/ a 2.5 louvered one i have already, leave the muffler, or replace that too.

what do you guys think?

That's a real crappy exhaust for that setup. If you can take it back I would, sounds worse than the stock Type R system.

Plus the resonator with louvers, 1 1/4" ID haha. I think a regular stock Integra system would outperform this piece of crap.

What exhaust is this by the way? I'd like to know so I can keep it away from any of my friends' cars.
