Default F20C Turbo Manifold

This setup is unique in its own way. I just finished building this for a customer that is installing his F20C into a classic RWD Ford Escort. I was glad to be approached with the opportunity of doing something unique like this, but the best part is the manifold is now being shipped off to Trinidad. I wish this setup was local, but I’m glad that my work will now be overseas and put into its paces. I will try and post more updates and pictures once I get updates of it installed in the car motor and manifold.

Keep Fresh Everyone!

I have done a few turbo manifolds for some ford's in europe. I hate not being able to see the completed work on the car.

We use 1.9 OD but it's a sch 40 wall. I was speaking of "beastly" being the formation of the runners. Looks good!

I'm sure I'm stating the obvious, but 1.5" sch10 and 40's OD is 1.9".

Manifold looks good

Actually to be clear 1.5" pipe is 1.90" OD whether it's sch 10 or 40

Everyone seems to be saying the same thing about the pipe size lol, but yea i said 1.5" ID which ends up being the 1.9" OD hahaha to state it one more time.

Thanks guys!!

Time into the manifold…hmm…Not really sure...don’t really keep track.
