Wtf car overheated and die!
So yesterday my brothers 99 accord overheated right when he got home, he said smoke was coming outta the hood. Today the car wont even start! I try to start it up but no luck. Batterys seems okay, starter works fine. The wierd part is that the temp gauge is on cold? It might be leaking mad coolant because the tank was empty >.< Refilled it with coolant and still wouldnt start! Maybe fuel pump? He was planning to push it to a shop or something since its only down the street but i want to hear from ya first. Im bum out so help me out bros!
So the starter is spinning the motor over, it just won't fire up?
So with the cap off and full of coolant-try starting it with the cap off-do you have bubbles coming out of the rad? Think the head gasket may have given up. There are several ways of testing this....that was just a poorman's method that works sometimes.

coolant is going to make the car start. but if its empty thats bad. can u see any green or white residue on the block? if it turns over its possible that its a spark or fuel issue. check fuses.
Check for coolant leaks.
Check oil to see if it's milky. If yes = coolant in it.
Verify you're getting spark, fuel, compression.
Could be numerous things, your post was pretty vague.

Well, my dad's 94 Accord overheated couple times and one day it won't start. So they replaced the headgasket and car's fine ever since. Don't know how or why, but sure is weird.
