OK here it is. A stock unmilled head matted to an undecked block with a Mugen head gasket and JUN stage 3 cams with stock bottom end should have no issues as far as valve to piston clearence right?

you should have no issues at normal cam gear settings...but seeing as how you are building it, might as well take the time to clay the tolerences just for fun and to see how far you can push it.
