Icon2 Any way to fix handling problem after accident?

My old Civic had an accident where the front driver's side got pushed down and back. I got the frame pulled, suspension repaired, and alignment done, but now it feels like I'm going to skid off the road if I take a highway offramp/onramp faster than 25mph (right turn at speed). I am wondering what might be causing this problem and whether it can be fixed.

Some things to note:
- The frame is still slightly twisted. (If the radiator is level, the front of the driver's door is about 1 inch lower than front of the passenger's door. The back of the car leans about 1/2 inch to the driver's side in that situation.)
- There is a tiny amount of play in the passenger-side upper A-arm bearing (less than 1mm), as a result of the way that part was replaced.

Fix these issues or buy another car.

Tank slap; interesting. What normally prevents cars from getting that in a turn?

No alignment after 2nd pull (they said not needed as this pull only moved things a hair if at all)

Alignment after 1st pull:
FRONT
:::::: camber :::: caster :: toe :::::::: SAI ::::: included angle
left : -0.09 deg : 2.5 deg : -0.01 deg :: 8.4 deg : 7.5 deg
right: -1.3 deg :: 3.2 deg :: 0.01 deg :: 8.7 deg : 7.4 deg
spec : -1.0~1.0 :: 2.0~4.0 : -0.12~0.12 : 6.6~8.6 : 5.6~9.6

REAR
:::::: camber ::: toe
left : -0.4 deg : 0.07 deg
right: -1.2 deg : 0.08 deg
spec : -1.4~0.6 : 0.04~0.1

Sounds possible given the slightly loose A-arm joint. My records also mention a left control arm bushing is bad but has no play (how can it be bad if it has no play?). But is tank slap possible without vibration or oscillation? I don't get those at all. Instead the car just isn't going quite where I point it; like I'm just ever so slightly starting to skid sideways.
