Does any one know where to get springs? I need stiffer springs for my ground controll coil overs. I am running them over Tokiko Iluminas (white) shocks. Do I need to know the inner diameter and total length of the spring? This is on a 1996 acura integra.

Ok thanks. does it have to be ground controll springs tho? I was looking for around 480 front and 350 rear.

 

Ground control sells them seperaly, at like $60 a spring.

I think the ID is almost always 2.5 and the length doesn't matter that much.

I think the standard is 8''F 7''R. That's what my springs are.

Depending on how low you want to be, 8''s would be fine F/R.

I believe you can use those on them if they don't have the lenght rate combo you want in the gc spec springs, not sure what the difference is between the GC spec and the 2.5in spec are, maybe someone will post what it is if anything

 

What size are you current springs?

 

not sure I can check later. I think 2.5'' is what my stock prings were. so it should work with the GC coil over kit.
