Rotors Seized Up
I can safely say that I despise this car with the passion of 1,000 burning suns. I cannot get the rotors off my 97 Accord LX. Quite honestly I've tried everything...PB Blast, torching the **** out it, whacking it with a BFH, and even using an impact gun with a 14mm and also 9/16 socket to get the bolts off of the rotor and I get nothing.
Caliper is obviously removed, however the 4 bolts on the face of the rotor will not budge. I've done everything to try to get them free and nothing seems to phase it. Do I have to get a whole new hub assembly? Is there a trick here that I'm missing? I've done brake jobs before, but I've never worked on a Honda so maybe there's something I'm doing wrong? Even the Haynes manual makes it look easy, but the damn rotors are just not going anywhere.

Reinstall the caliper, have someone apply the brakes to hold the rotor, and using a breaker bar loosen the bolts. Impact guns are great for removing lug nuts fast, the rest of the time old fashioned leverage is your champion.
Reinstall the wheel while you are at it. You will have to unstake the stub axle nut and remove it as well before you can get the bearing/hub/rotor off.
