FS/FT: 97 Crv awd in Wi!! New parts

UPDATE: The check engine light is fixed. Replaced the plugs, wires and rotor again. Only issues that remain are the small exhaust leak and the front struts that arent quite blown but going over big potholes they make noise.
As the title says, I have a 97 Honda Crv for sale or trade. It is blue and has a few dings and a little surface rust here and there. At the moment, it is sitting with about 195,xxx miles on it. I bought it not too long ago from the original owners family. I received the original window sticker and owners manual with it. I have since replaced the front brakes all together, shampooed and cleaned the whole interior, flushed the tranny fluid, and done 2 oil changes. It runs great but it just isnt me. It has a set of aftermarket rims with new tires so it is pretty much set for winter. Currently it has a check engine light for cylinder position sensor and I purchased another ditributor to fix it, but I have not had time to switch it out this week. The previous owner also replaced the ignition along with plugs, wires, dist. cap and rotor because he couldnt figure out the problem. They also had the timing belt changed about 7000 miles ago with fresh gaskets so it doesnt leak or burn anything from the engine. The only other things that bugs me is that it has a small exhaust leak where the muffler bolts on and the front struts needs to be replaced.
With all that being said, I am looking for get $3400 for it. The crv is pretty much ready for winter and all of the options work in it.
