Bad MPG, Bogging, Stuttering Acceleration
Ok, I'm having issues with my 94' GSR over the past few weeks. For a while, I was throwing CEL 43 "Fuel Supply System". The car is getting horrible gas milage, less than 20mpg, stuttering acceleration. More so, in 1st gear, the car will bog like crazy when taking off from a stop light or sign as if there is no throttle input whatsoever. You almost have to floor it and then a few seconds later it will catch and then begin to take off. I haven't taken the car over 3500rpm the last few times I've driven it because I'm afraid there is something more serious than a standard tune up. I replaced the Fuel Pump with a Walbro 255 as I'm planning on boosting the car within the next 6months - 1 year. The rest of the fuel system is bone stock.
Along with the fuel pump, I've also replaced spark plugs with NGK Iridiums, New Plug Wires, Fuel Filter and 02 Sensor. The car is a 94, so it is OBD1 and only has one 02. Still, the problem persists. From what I've read, I could have jumped a tooth on the cam gears or the Walbro Pump may have increased the fuel flow to a level that the stock FPR cannot handle it effectively.
I've searched extensively for a solution, but no one seems to have the answer I'm looking for. I've heard everything from needing new injectors, to a blown headgasket, bent valves, etc. Any ideas?? It's starting to get irritating now!

I would start by checking valve timing, symptoms like the ones you describe would result if valve timing skipped a tooth, bent valves are unlikely if you only skipped one tooth although still possible.
If valve timing is out, even by one tooth, you will need to pull the head to see if any valves have made contact with piston heads, it will be pretty obvious if any have.
If contact is evident it is a good bet you have bent valves, if a valve is bent bad enough you will see it, valve will not seat itself properly.
I would also check ign. timing, if it is off, poor fuel mileage and bogging would be symptoms.
Unless there is a problem with the stock FPR it should have no problem controlling the fuel pressure output of your Walbro 225, [I run a Holly 225LPH on my 94 Integra with a stock FPR, and its been working fine for more then 10 years].
Although your symptoms are probably extreme, I would still check the ECT "sensor", [not the ECT "switch"] a failed ECT sensor would allow engine to run very rich, [poor mileage and bogging would be symptoms].
I would not run the engine at all, [at any RPM] until you have checked/confirmed that valve timing is correct. 94

I was leaning towards timing as well, I'll check it this weekend and report back. Any other suggestions on what could be causing this??
The bogging on take off is pretty severe, almost as if the car wants to stall out. Push in the clutch, rev it a little bit, then it will take off, slow, but it will at least try to go.

Still having this issue -- I did notice that my fuel filter (which is new) is leaking from the bolt at the top, but it is tight. Maybe I should replace the o-ring there if air is getting into my line?
Also, I was looking at the car today and am thinking I may have a blown HG. I'm going to degrease the engine fully tomorrow to get a better idea of where the leak is coming from, but it would explain the bogging/lack of power issue.

Also, does anyone know what the name of this black plastic part on the end of the intake manifold is called?? Mine has a nib cracked off of it where a vacuum line attaches -- Could this be part of the problem as well??

that's your iab control solenoid. without that vac line on your secondary runners won't open. you should try and get a replacement valve.
for your problem, have you checked ignition timing yet?

Haven't checked the ignition timing yet, but I haven't messed with it since I've owned it. Any idea where I can find a new IAB Valve??
Any other causes you can think of?? I pulled the plugs today and there was no moisture in the plug holes, so I'm pretty sure it's not a HG issue. The valve cover gasket must be leaking a little and running down to that specific spot.

code 43 is a blanket code. there are many possibilities. not necessarily relating to fuel.
start with the basics. check timing. it's the most cost and time efficient thing to do. go from there. checking engine vacuum is another base you should try
