I just bought a pair of brand new tein basic suspension for my 98 civic but the springs seemed to be to big cause it didnt go that low, their maxed out nd it rides nice but i wana go LOWER. I was thinking about just ordering some megan racing coilovers nd using those 7 in springs..any suggestions??

 

It will likely work, but, may blow the shocks. In fact, I almost promis it's going to blow the shocks.

It's been said in the past that below a 2'' drop will blow the shocks.

 

i plan on runnin megan EZ streets on my DA.... Heard a lot of good things about them, ppl say u can go as low as u want, yet with the EZ streets its not terribly rough. well see when i get them

You'd be suprised. The coilovers aren't that good to begin with.

Basic's aren't.

Tein, is a makes good coilovers, however, their prices suck.
