I have a 95 civic si. I just dropped my lsv, and when i started it up it throws a cel 14 and 3. it idle bounces at 1500 rpm I have searched the forums and found nothing. Does any one have any ideas

 

i realized that i had the temp sensor plug and the iacv plug switched. this fixed the idle problem. it still throws a 14 and 3. I forgot to mention that i don't have my vtec wired so there is a cel 21. Would this cause cel 14 and 3?

 

i wired vtec and solved my problem. you can close this thread
