85si prelude .fuel injected. automatic. High miles. Bought it drove it 20 miles home, drove great. Now if i start it and let it idle, it will idle fine for a few minutes then start wanting to die but it never actually does. When i take off it is bogged down and will only go about 20 mph till i get it it over 3500 rpms or so then it takes off and runs fine at a higher rpm. Takes awhile to get past 3500 have to feather the gas and pray. If i start it and drive right away it drives fine. Drove around 6 or so blocks, did great, then stopped at let it idle and it bogged down again. any ideas?

 

When is the last time you did a tune-up?

Fuel filter, spark plugs, dizzy cap, dizzy rotor, ignition wires etc

Try using some seafoam, too. I would dump atleast half the bottle into the fuel tank, preferably the whole bottle.
