Burning oil

Default Burning oil

So I used to burn about 1 quart every 3000 miles of daily driving, more on track days of course. About half a year ago I ran it low by 2 quarts. Now it seems to be going through 1 quart every 1000 miles of daily driving, not hard driving. I don't see smoke from the exhaust or have any residue on the bumper and no leaks. Went to a track day last week and the car felt really strong, ran through almost a quart from driving on the track. I have a non baffled catch can but it appears to be empty.

Could I get some opinions on these numbers?
Motor has 93k miles on it.

Tests were done cold (didn't realize it should be warm)
cylinder 1: 155 dry 210 wet 13% leak down
cylinder 2: 155 dry 200 wet 18% leak down
cylinder 3: 165 dry 200 wet 15% leak down
cylinder 4: 170 dry 215 wet 13% leak down

Plugs:

What do you think I should do if anything? Retest on warm motor? Change valve seals?

yeah u need to do this when its warmed up.
and it could be the valve guides.
