Default whidh would have more hp to the wheels??

i wanted to know what set-up would have more hp to the wheels, a b20 with I/H/E and b16 tranny or a bone stock b16a2?

im not sure about the HP, but i know the b20 would be faster...as u described

From what I understand...
B20= torque which equals better launches and possibly better ET's.
B16= power which equals higher mph, higher theoretical top speed and ultimately more push.

I don't think IHE would up a B20 to the horsepower level of a b16.
