IMPORT FACE-OFF Sept.25th at WOODBURN drag strip in Oregon!!
Whos all attending and I hope to see some good things there this year!!

Well... Ill tell you one thing I was hoping booth babes would be roaming around... HOWEVER..
Not the case..
The QR barcode I had printed out for buying my tickets online vs at the drag strip, the lady was like "Oh whats this" then she looked at me and said 17.50... I looked back at her and said "I paid for it"........... thats that the barcode thing is I printed out........ she looked at me in confusion and said OH... sat there for a good 20 seconds then handed me my ticket.
The turnout wasn't bad other then the rain suckin ace!
It was nice, then rain, then nice, then rain the second time it rained it was about 1pm thats when I said screw it and left.
there was a pt cruiser there which I have no idea why it was entered since it was not an import..
It was a fun event, although not worth the gate price of 18 bucks.... not really sure who thought that one up. If it would have been up in Portland it might have been worth it and more of a turn out, woodburn is so far out of the way I don't understand that venue point. Oh well it is what it is.

Knowing it would likely rain Sunday I was at woodburn Saturday doing test runs. Left the car on the trailer just in case, woke up, looked outside, called the track, and then went back to sleep haha.
And for drags I actually like woodburn more than PIR, but I understand for a car show/meet Portland is definitely the better venue.
