Car running rich b18c in civic. 12.1

Default Car running rich b18c in civic. 12.1

Hey Guys I just took out my JDM itr B18c from my 97 civic and put it in my 00 civic. So I grabbed a 2000 si harness and a OBD2b to OBD2a harness adaptor and a p73 ecu. I didn't move any of the pins on the ecu plugs. Well the car ran fine in the 97 civic but now runs rich in the new car. The guy I got the harness from did do some hacking and swap some plugs.

I'm thinking maybe the IAT plug is wired backwards, so Im looking for thepinout for the sensor, + -, right now the bottom wire reads 2.3 volt but the wire is black and the black should read 0

Try the civic section or hybrid section, this is not itr related.
