Anyone know why my 92 civic sedan is making howling sounds? The sound can be heard normally when you drive, and there is also a slight, faint popping sounds like the car is hitting something?

any help would be appreciated, thanks

 

extra info. I had the following done within the last week

-Full Service
-Full Tune up
-Timing Belt replacement
-Water Pump replacement
-Alternator replacement
-Distributor replacement
-Master Cyclinder replacement

 

Not helpful. You need to at least try to identify where the noise is coming from.
My first guess would be belts too tight.

 

some form of howling or whining sound when you brake.......and when you accelerate some form of "popping" sound can be heard, it sounds like its under the car? oo
