Does a cold night effect the turbo ??
A engine will always preform better with colder air. Colder air = higher density, basically meaning for every set amount of air the oxygen contents is higher in the colder air (as the molecules are closer together). Generally speaking you heat something up it expands. You cool something down it contracts.
The colder the temp, the more air your turbo is pushing as rich7777 said, the air is more dense. You'll see a difference in power if you dyno your car mid-afternoon as opposed to early morning, later evening cause the air's denser.

i wouldnt be surprised if you see your afr lean out a few tenths, for your setup as long as it stays below 12.5 or so i think you are good
