It sounds like a vacuum leak causing a crazy idle.

 

not the idle.. the buzzing sound in the background

 

Check the belts.

 

damn your throttle cable aint even hooked up!

i also had a similar sound when i dissasembled the intake manifold from the head. i tried to remove as much manifold gasket as i could. when i assembled it back there was a leak, how did i know? well i sprayed carb cleaner all over and the engine wanted to die near injector #4. i tighten the nut on the manifold and it went away. hope this helps

 

Pinpoint the noise. Is it coming from the drive belt area or distributor?

 

Sounds like tbelt is too tight...

 

not my car (its a piece of ****, btw)... its my neighbors.. and the TB cable has nothing to with the noise n e ways (o_0)

But the car is a ridged up, everything one could've done to cut corners has been done. and yes It does help because the noise does sound like its coming from the intake manifold

he haven't looked at it all day and i was tied up covering my tl to brembo...

 

Check the tbelt tensioner bearing.
