ok so story is

i left my tranny at my homie's friend's house cuz he said he was gonna put my motor together. When i bought it i checked at least more than a dozen times to see if it has LSD and it did. Now i know when it has LSD theres no bar in the axle hole. but when i came back to his pad to check out what he had done to it, i stuck my finger into the hole after the tranny was mounted onto the motor and now theres a bar there.... is that supposed to happen or is the guy bsin and i just got burned?

so basically what im trying to ask is... after the tranny is mounted onto the motor does a bar appear inside the axle hole or would you still be able to stick your finger in and not feel a bar?

You would be able to see thru the diff. If an axle was installed you wouldn't see a hole because the axle is blocking it.

Yes you got burned. Nothing chnages inside the tranny after it is installed on the motor. You should call him out. He sounds dirty to me

 

shouldn't be a bar. sounds like you got burned. unless he has the half shaft installed for some reason.
