i just finished the ls swap into my eg hatch and the motor starts but dies out shortly after and i cant get it to rev past 1200 i hold the gas paddle all the way in but still wont rev, it almost seems like its not getting enough gas. i also tried giving it gas on the throttle body but still nothing. any help would be appreciated. thank you in advance

 

what ecu?
what injectors?
what throttle cable?
fuel pressure?

 

its a chipped p28 ecu
rc 440 injectors
stock cable
dont know fuel pressure gage is broken
the thing is i had a obd1 b18b1 boosted and i blew the motor and got a new one and put it in the car and now im getting this problem. its weird the car starts but wont rev up and will idle for 30 sec and die out. could it be the timing bc i changed the water pump and i might have messed up on the timing.
