So today I scraped over a bump and then all of a sudden fell out of gear and wouldnt go back in. I messed with the car for over an hour and thought it was the linkage but it was going into every gear. So I pulled the driver tire off and feels like there is a small gap where the axle goes in to the trans. So I pushed it as hard as I could and barely moved. I set the car back down and the trans started working again. When I pulled up at home (luckily) it fell outta gear again. Could this be the axle is messed up or what. The trans seems fine and has always worked perfect till tonight. Any help sure would be appreciated. Thanks
