Why are you building the head and not the block?
Get smaller wheels.
Run 3" all the way through.

 

He's right 16's or 15's on wheels and get bigger exhaust piping 3Inch + if youre goign to be boosted

 

id recomend more rubber because my little turbo d does not hook up well with rubber band tires and i was on 18's.

Ya i kno i have a Fulll stright 3" turbo back to Burns stainless 4" muffler...i got a set of 15's wit m/h slicks...i had a B18b1 turbo 14.7 psi 1 bar Stock block...and it would burn up to 4th wit 15s an 17s

 

Then you had a traction problem.
I repeat; why are you NOT building the block? Stock B-series blocks are only good for about 300hp.
