honestly there could be alot -
starter
ignition switch , lock cylinder could be worn out.
starter relay if the car has one.
bad ground as well could do that. i had bad ground and mine wouldnt start.

what is it doing does it turn over all 4 times just wont fire up
or wont turn over at all n clicks or doesnt do anything?

if it just clicks it could be your starter.... have someone turn and hold the key to the on position and when u hear the click gently smack ur starter a bit and see if it gets going. you can also get it tested for free at autozone but u have to take it off.
