need help with reinstalling shocks
so I had coilovers for awhile and I'm deciding to take them off for practical purposes lol, does it matter which way I put in the shock? like if they're both fronts does it matter which one is left and right?
i'm stuck right now because I got my coilover out and I put the stock shock in (this is the fronts) but it seems like it's too long or something...I tried stepping down on the rotor and I got the collar over the bottom of the shock but I can't get the very bottom 17 mm bolt back in because it seems like the shock is too long and i have to push down on the rotor really hard...any help? lol

Front and rear aren't even remotely similar looking. I believe they are different L/R as well but it should be easy enough to figure out if you look at pics/diagrams.
do you have any diagrams? right now it just seems like my shock is a lot longer compared to my coilover lol am I supposed to be stepping on the rotor hella hard?
noo i mean this bolt here: http://www.team-integra.net/images/B..._to_remove.jpg the most bottom bolt...the holes on the LCA arent lining up because my OEM shock seems like it's too long...the only way it'll line up is if i press down on the rotor with my foot but idk if that's hwo i'm supposed to do it.
Your bushings are just acting like springs and preventing the knucle from dropping to full shock extension. It's normal. Push down the knuckle until the fork and LCA line up and then hammer in the bolt (and/or rotate it into place). Make sure you don't fully tighten the nut until the knucke is back at ride-height.
okay I was just making sure that it was the right way, I just felt like there was a lot of pressure cause I was pressing down pretty hard with my foot...then again i'm like 5'6 and 130 lbs rofl. i'll have a friend come help me out thanks!

If the OP had coilovers, then he surely had the suspension lowered. And if he had the car lowered, then -- if done properly -- the suspension bolts would have been tightened with the suspension at its normal loaded attitude, and the bushing bolts would have been tightened with the bushings rotated high-up relative to the bolts.
This means the OP needs to loosen ALL the lower-suspension bolts, so the links can drop down far enough to allow the damper bolts to be re-inserted easily, by hand, with thumb-pressure. Once that has been done, the suspension should then be normally-loaded again, and all the bolts re-tightened.
