Should FPR Hold Vacuum or no!??
I am confused as to why if I pump the Fuel Pressure Regulator it just leaks down and doesn't hold anything at all? Is that normal on a D16Y8 Engine in a 98 Civic EX??
Can anyone verify for me? There is lots of contradicting info online.
