RSR exhaust Question
do u get low end power or high end power with this exhaust? anyone got a dyno sheet with it? if so post em! im trying to figure out with exhaust to get, either this one or Greddy EVO. I want High end power but at the same time, quietness, so i am looking at either Greddy EVO n RSR. Thanks!
RSR is one of THE MOST quiet exhausts out there. it's a nice low tone. only when u start heavily modding ur car that push more air thru the whole system it becomes a lil louder, but still very quiet.
so u guys thinks RSR? im thinkin bout going turbo n i dont want a 3inch piping cause its gonna be too loud, i want it to be quiet.
do u want to get one? i can get it for 350 brand new. let me cause if ur in so cali, ill pick up an extra for u.
get the rs*r only if they have 2 available
if not, then get the Greddy Evo and i'll get that rs*r
dude rs*r all the way

How are you getting the RSR exhaust? Are these imported or something cuz don't make RSR stuff for the US market any. So whatever it is you find is going to have to be used or from Japan.

RS*R is awesome. I gained an amazing amount of high end power just with the installation of this exhaust. There also is a a decent gain in power throughout the powerband. I remember back when it came out, it made the most hp of any exhaust out there. I saw a dyno sheet once that showed over a 7 horsepower increase on a stock GS-R. Back in 1995 or so, I think there were other tests that showed more than that.
Also, without a doubt the quietest exhausts I have ever heard. It's hard to tell if it even makes more noise than a stock muffler.

Ya it's really quiet. I got mine along with the header from http://www.alternativemotoring.com/
If you are going turbo I would think that 3 inch piping would be better.
