i have a 2008 honda civic a/t and lately ive noticed at stop signs and lights that there was a abnormal amount of vibration. Came to realive in park thecar is only idling at 600-650 rpms is there a way i can adjust this up to 750?

Maybe a shot in the dark, but try checking your battery voltage at an idle.
