Default Deciding on kits for my K20

Kind of a weak first post and I'm sure I'll get flamed for this, but...
I've been doing some research for the last few months and am having trouble deciding between a few turbo setups for the spring. I'm leaning towards Greddy but I'm not too sure what the rep is with that kit on on these cars. Seems as though the turbo's a bit small for the K20, but I'm only looking to get between 250 and 270 hp anyhow.
The other two I'm stuck on is the Full-Race and HKS kits. I've worked up the costs for all three after everything and I just can't justify spending $8170 (HKS) or $7630 (Full-Race) when I'm not really planning on tracking the car, but looking for a more fun daily driver.
So my question is, can anyone provide me with some first-hand experience on the Greddy kit? Install issues, tuning (not sure how eManage reacts to Honda ECUs), etc.
I was considering the RevHard setup along with a few others but they just don't seem like they're made with quality components. Hell, RevHard doesn't even have polished piping. Not that I'm looking for a bling factor anyway as I'm most likely going to powdercoat everything black to keep the car more of a sleeper.

So if any of you took the time to read that novel, any insight is appreciated. And yes, I did a bunch of searching on the subject. Looking for first-hand experience, mostly.

Have you considered supercharging?

Thought about it a bit as it seems a fairly cheaper route to go with the JRSC, but it seems fairly limited. All I really found was a 3" pulley as opposed to the 3+" pulley that comes stock. Also I wasn't able to figure out if the kits come intercooled or if that's something I'd have to fab up on my own. While the linear power is more tempting and having 130k miles on the clock would dictate leaning towards s/c'ing, I guess I'm more comfortable going turbo as I've done that before.
Like I said, feel free to chime in with anything that can help me narrow it down. I'm open to possibilities.

You can run a combination of a k24a4 crank pulley with the smaller blower pulley to up the boost. Jrsc doesn't come intercooled as is but jmercado sells an aftercooler setup.

Kpro is the preferred choice. But aem and haltech are options for a full standalone.

Looks like it'd be a little over $900 more to go JRSC over Greddy; however, that's assuming I don't get fed up with eManage (assuming it comes with blue) and upgrade to KPro. Otherwise it'd be about the same.
Now I have a stupid/serious decision to make that everyone always whines about: S/C or T/C. fml, I think you made it worse, lol.

That is not a hard decision though. But it is based upon your knowledge, your goals, and your money.

Sidewinder turbo kit > supercharger > greddy **** kit

Also, don't cheap out on tuning. Get Kpro and get your car tuned correctly regardless of what setup you go with.

Have you also taken into account the supporting mods required to go boost? Fuel system, tranny, etc.?

Huh, didn't see the sidewinder kit when I was searching. It's made by AFI, yeah? I can't seem to find anywhere selling a complete kit, only the manifold. Think you can link me?
I wasn't really planning on cheaping out. Was going to give emanage a shot and if it wasn't working to my satisfaction, I'd sell it and go with KPro.

Edit: Scratch that, found the kit on Import Dynamics' site. It's damn pretty! Not too thrilled about the $4200 pricetag for the T3T04E Stage 1 without injectors or EMS but it's very very tempting. Thanks for the heads up, that was exactly the kind of feedback I was looking for.

Yeah but that thing's over 5 grand. Little too much to spend on a daily driver.

Sidewinder is the type of manifold not the name of a kit

I figured that out after looking up the AFI kit. Kinda made it sound like it was the name of the kit. Hopefully that was the one he was referring to because it looks like a really nice setup.
I'm surprised with all the searching I did, I never came across AFI.. Assuming it has a good reputation for a K20? Kinda sucks that it doesn't include fuel management or injectors as EMS is the next most expensive part, but I can't complain about a Garrett charger, vertical flow I/C, and a quality manifold.

Full race doesn't include fuel system or ems either. Both have great reps.

Not complaining about the cost of the Full Race kit, just that it's incomplete for that price.

Going with AFI. Thanks for the help, guys.

I wasn't really thinking on cheaping out. Was feat to stretch emanage a actuation and if it wasn't excavation to my spirit, I'd delude it and go with KPro.

Looks equal it'd be a emotional over $900 statesman to go JRSC over Greddy; notwithstanding, that's forward I don't get fed up with eManage (forward it comes with blue) and assign to KPro. Otherwise it'd be some the equal.

if its a daily drive i would just go with a bolt on all motor setup especially if you have 130K. or make sure you have the cash for a new motor if you blow it.
