Default need to know how to install door sash/ black plastic trim piece ??

i need help understanding how to install the door sash (black trim piece on rear end of side window on door),

this link explains it pretty good and detailed but i still don't understand it all clearly, and was wondering if anyone can help me out, this link shows the exact picture of the piece i'm talking about and also explains how to put it on, i just need someone else to explain in a little further detail on some parts how to do it :

http://crxcommunity.com/viewtopic.ph...=15315&start=0

i got the trim piece from majestic honda with those white square looking things with foam around them going down the inner side (3 in a row), on it, but what i don't understand is what would those snap into on the car/body side ??? cause i think on mine theres just 3 empty square holes???

also i don't get why they make it sound so complicated to just put the 3 loops into the clips they fit into ?? cause i was able to slip them into them just holding it up to it from the outside ?? i have had my door panel off from when i installed a new window just cause someone said you need to have the door panel off to install this trim piece properly, so thats why i left it off but its been too long and i need to just get this stupid thing put on and then be able to put the door panel back on so it looks normal again.

and if i don't understand it after a lot of explaining i'll probably just give up on trying to do it the "proper" way and just attach it in place using a bunch of strong silicone adhesive or something and maybe even a couple tiny black thin screws to make sure its held down and does'nt fall off on the highway again like it did originally.

but any help on explaining how to install it would be great,

If you notice... Honda used some "window weld" type product - maybe you should follow their lead.

oh, really, i actually have some window weld, cause couple months ago had to put new drivers window cause of break-in, and after researching online how to install window properly i found that supposed to get 3M window weld to put in bottom tabs of window holding it to it, and a lot places did'nt carry it but found some at PeP boys, but it was like $18.99 for a caulking type tube, and i only used little bit during install of window, so i did'nt want to just throw it away, so i wrapped plastic around tip and tape and stuff but not sure if its still good to use ? or whether it dried up, but thanks for giving me the good idea, cause i know that stuff is super strong, and since it works for plastic mounting tabs to window glass, it probably ddoes good job bonding plastic pieces too, so maybe i should put some beads of window weld around each of the 3 clip things on back side and maybe some down edge of left and right side (vertically up&down), and first slide the 3 loops into place and then press it down good and use something to push against it so it stays in place while the window weld sets, and let dry overnight or longer and should stay in place forever, .......

that sounds to me way easier than all the complex crap others were saying like taking door panel off, window track, and all this other stuff, lol
