Is it overheating any? And you could check your spark plugs for cylinders 1-3 or try switching one of those 3 coils to cylinder 4 to check the coils.

Usually when the PCM stores a "random misfire" code along with cylinder specific codes it's ignition related. Have you replaced your spark plugs? They're due for changing on that model at 110k. If you have more than that on it I would change them. I would only use the NGK factory plugs. They're expensive but it's worth it in the long run. You also may have a failed ignition coil, especially if the spark plugs have significant mileage on them. If it's consistently misfiring under all running condtions, try unplugging each coil pack individually. You're wanting to see if when you unplug a coil pack if the engine runs any rougher or doesn't change at all. If the engine doesn't run any worse with a coil pack unplugged then that is the problem coil pack.

Does your gas gauge seem to move around alot, like taking turns and hitting bumps? I just thinking this may be fuel pump related, the plastic shell that houses the pump tends to come apart. Thus the pump kinda just flops around and could starve the engine of fuel. Just a thought.
